Who should own personal data on web sites such as addresses, birthdays, photographs ? At present if posted on a social networking site it is there forever.

Should all content providers be allowed the same access to the internet and be asked to pay the same price for bandwidth?

Digital files are exact replicas of the original - in effect "clones". In the analogue world making copies cost money and often lost quality. In the digital environment we need a new legal regime to protect copyright.
